At The PDF Guide Atelier, we create and sell digital products only. All of our guides are PDF downloads that are instantly accessible after purchase.

No refunds on digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the digital file has been delivered or made available for download.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the guide is right for you.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at info@thecopyatelier.nl and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or incorrect files

If you receive a file that is corrupted or different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will send you the correct file.
